My name is Francis. I try my hardest to live up to the introduction "Hi, my name is Francis, I'm a writer."

I have loved, I have been loved, I have lost, and I have lived.
I have not made love, I have not been to New York, I haven't seen the latest Tom Cruise movie.

I listen to all sorts of music, I enjoy reading books and I love movies.
I do not play football, and I have never watched an episode of the OC.

My best friends are the people I've dated or almost dated, or the people who,have been there so long they are family.
My worst enemy is the one who can never leave my side.

I am part of a group of creative people trying to make it...I'm the head actually.
We haven't made it.

I used to work a lot on the internet.
Now I work a lot period.

I like to sing.
People don't like to listen to my singing.

I have secrets.
But I try to be open about them.

I am an open book.
The pages are written in invisible ink.

I eat mints when I'm depressed.
My breath always smells good.

I've heard I'm a good kisser.
But I've only ever kissed one girl.

I love the song "Putting on the Ritz"
I don't know who Gary Cooper is.

When I was a kid I wanted to learn to tap dance.
Now I just want to learn to dance.

Girls love my fashion sense.
They don't like that I never use it for myself.

A lot of people have to remind themselves I'm not gay.
The others gave up a long time ago.

I've wished upon a falling star.
Apparently it does matter who you are.

This isn't meant to sound depressing.
But I think it's winding up that way.

I killed my first person when I was about seven years old.
His name was Leo, and he was my favourite imaginary friend.

I didn't want to be a Capricorn.
But I'm stoked that I'm a Bunny.

The sky is an amazing thing.
But the blazing ball of light ruins the effect.

I wish the sun could be more like the moon.
But then the moon would be more like my mind.

I put a lot into my words.
But I don't think about them when I say them.

I listen to music in all sorts of languages.
But I only understand a few of them.

I loved Goldeneye for N64.
But I hated the console.

I spent my twelfth Christmas playing pokemon.
I spent two hours yesterday doing the same thing.

I'm nineteen years old.
But sometimes I feel much older.

The most common names I go by are Amadeo, Amadeus, Karne, and Fray.
I got them from a book, history, my imagination, and a friend respectively.

I've written over four hundred poems.
About half are worth the ink it took to write them.

My longest relationship is a year and a half.
My shortest was three days.

I still talk to both girls.
Both know enough to be worried sometimes.

I would never kill myself.
But that doesn't mean I don't think about it.

I think everyone wants to die.
Because immortality is my real fear.

Loss is hard to deal with.
But sometiems gain can be just as bad.

I wish I'd kept better track of my childhood.
I'm not keeping good track of my adulthood.

The years of youth are the best I'll ever have.
But the nights of being a teenager are more interesting.

I don't even want to get into adulthood.
It frightens me too much.

I work all the time now.
I don't get paid for half of it.

I think the voice is the most beautiful part of a person.
But the words can ruin the feeling quickly.

I think ignorance is the enemy.
But in some cases it means innocence.

I think everything good must come to an end.
Thank god sanity isn't good.

When I look at teh stars I think they are beautiful.
But my brain kicks in and reminds me they are burning balls of gas.

I miss being mesmerized by nature.
But at the time I never knew how special I was.

If you love someone let them go.
If they come back ask them if they forgot their keys, they'll laugh, honest.

I want to know what you are thinking.
I don't always want to share what I'm thinking.

Hypocrisy is wrong.
But I'm allowed to do it anyway.

My heritage is french.
Surprisingly I'm not that found of wine, nor am I a coward.

I can speak a little spanish, and a little japanese.
But since I can't order food in japanese I don't think it'll help me.

I think the Prom is the culmination of one's highschool career.
I hated mine.

Popularity in school is determined by money and looks.
Surprisingly, this doesn't change once you graduate.

Bill Gates is the richest man in the world.
But Steve Jobbs is better looking.

I'm a Macintosh fan.
But I'm still not sure if it's because I like them, or I like apples.

I make short films with my friends.
You'll notice that their's only about five of us involved in that.

I would say I hate drama.
But I've been in a lot of plays.

I love Cartoon Heroes by Aqua.
But I never liked Mickey Mouse.

My life used to have it's own score,
But then my mp3 player broke.

I used to be obsessed with Spiderman.
Yeah...that didn't really change much.

I prefer Marvel to DC...
...But I prefer Vertigo to Max.

Two of my favourite minds have the last name McFarlane.'
One created Spawn, the other created Family Guy.

I love video games.
Sometimes I even play them.

Art is a means to express yourself.
But then again, so is Hustler Magazine.

I love all of humanity.
But damn do you guys piss me off.

I sleep at night...
...sometimes.

I'd like to take this moment to thank you for reading.
But instead I'll just poke you and run, it's more interesting this way.
